The hybrid hypercar redefining low-carbon performance

Starting from an Alpine A110, TEC E MOUV designs a globally unique hybrid architecture combining ethanol thermal power and high-power electric propulsion.

An extreme challenge: integrating a complete electric powertrain within an ultra-compact chassis without compromising the vehicle's dynamic DNA.

Reinventing the sports car in the era of decarbonization

Automotive performance enters a new era: emission reduction, advanced hybridization, partial or total electrification.

But for sports vehicles, the equation is more complex: preserving agility, mastering weight, keeping driving sensations, and integrating new powertrains.

 

Where most projects make compromises, the Alpine HE2HP enforces another approach: increasing performance without degrading the vehicle's DNA.

Decarbonization must not be a constraint. It can become a lever for performance.

A radically redesigned hybrid architecture

TEC E MOUV designs an unprecedented architecture, thought of as a complete system:

  • Optimized ethanol thermal powertrain (rear axle)

  • 100% electric powertrain (front axle)

  • Custom high-performance battery

  • Intelligent torque control between both engines

An axial hybridization, where each axle becomes an independent source of propulsion.

Alpine HE2HP: a hub of mastered extreme challenges

Integration into an ultra-compact chassis

Creating functional spaces to the millimeter to integrate the battery, power electronics, and motor without compromising the original architecture.

Dual-powertrain hybrid architecture

Thermal at the rear + electric at the front: a configuration requiring perfect synchronization of both power sources.

Immersed custom 24 kWh battery

Designing of a compact battery (~99 kg), integrated between the seats and cooled by dielectric liquid to maximize thermal performance.

Mastery of weight and center of gravity

Only +17% mass increase (1,265 kg total) despite the full addition of the electric powertrain .

Balance optimization: shifted from 40/60 to 45/55.

Specific hybrid onboard HMI & data

Creation of an interface allowing real-time visualization of temperatures, energy flows, range, and system states.

Track fine-tuning

Dynamic track validation: handling, endurance, thermal management, and global performance.
